AEZ Leichtmetallräder is the world’s first company to use nanotechnology in wheel coatings. This completely new kind of finish, Nano tec brilliant silver, makes watery or oily fluids simply bead on the surface and wash away. This innovative and unique technology protects the new AEZ Raver even better from dirt and damage. The topmost layer of finish was developed to have a hydrophobic or water-repellent effect. This was achieved by using nanotechnology to modify AEZ’s clear finish. Thanks to the physical and chemical properties of this new finish, water and other kinds of moisture no longer stick to the surface, but bead and wash away. This helps keep the AEZ Raver free from dirt, such as aggressive brake dust, and makes it “easy2clean”. It goes without saying that the Nano tec brilliant silver finish is scratch-resistant, heat-resistant and extremely tough – all properties that have come to be expected from high-quality AEZ alloy wheels.
