According to a Hankook spokesperson, employment at the plant will rise from around 300 now to some 1,500 when the expansion work is completed. Expansion work is slated to begin in June.
Hankook to Double Hungary Plant Capacity
Hankook Tire Corp. plans to double capacity at its tire plant in Hungary, moving from 15,000 tires to 31,000 tires per day by 2010.
