New CTNA Test Track Opens

Continental Tire North America officially opened its new off road tire test track at its Uvalde Texas test center.


The off road track covers just over a mile and features a wide array of harsh surfaces including heavy silt, loose dirt, loose rocks and jagged rock.

CTNA will use the track to test its lines of light truck tires and race truck tires.

The track was christened by a select group of enthusiast and tire industry journalists. A large group of CTNA dealers will also take runs on the track this week.
