After the approval of the Turkish antitrust authorities last week Continental AG has acquired 89.66 percent of the shares in Oltas SPA headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.

Continental AG reports it has agreed to acquire 89.66 per cent of Turkey based tyre distributor Oltas Spa.

Continental Tyre Group has increased its range of Barum tyres truck tyres for on- and off-road use.
