Construction of the DH1 DIAMOND tyre and the structure of its material
The tyre is built from an ALL STEEL construction with a notube rendering that consists of one load-bearing insertion built from steelcord and four contact breaker insertions from the same type of material. The tyre base has a new profile: the
applied hexagonal cord, double core, with a steelcord protection and base fillings from special mixtures. The tyre body is constructed from a profiled inner rubber, with a new system of rubber covering of the steelcord body, and contact breakers with the application of a new shoulder part filling. The tread of the tyre is composed of two layers ? the external one which is made from a mixture that has a long durability with a high number of made kilometers and an inner layer which leads away the heat produced during the rotation of a loaded tire.

Technical specification of the product and the tread pattern characteristics
This tread pattern is designed for trucks, cargo vehicles and buses operating on long distance and partially regional transportation with the possibility of usage throughout the whole year. The application of tyres equipped with the above mentioned tread pattern is recommended first of all for the back ? traction axle of vehicles. Thanks to the directional qualities of the tread pattern these tyres can be applied on front axles as well. The basic configuration of the tread pattern considers
all the specific demands of these types of operations, e. g. high velocities, long-term duty, characteristics of wearing and the necessity of long durability performance. High level of universality secures maintainence of good qualities of this
tread pattern in the whole range of changing long-distance and regional transportation conditions, including harsh weather.
