Construction of the tyre and the structure of its material
The tyre is made from an ALL STEEL construction with a no-tube rendering that consists of one load-bearing structure built from steelcord and four contact breaker insertions from the same type of material. The tyre base has a new profile: the applied hexagonal cord, double core, with steelcord protection and base fillings from special mixtures. The tyre body is constructed from a profiled inner rubber, with a new system of rubber covering of the steelcord body, and contact breakers with the application of a new shoulder part filling. The overall construction of the tyre body can guarantee a possibility of re-treading of these tyres. The tread of the tyre is from a mixture that has a high durability even after a high number of kilometers.

Technical specification of the product and the tread pattern characteristics
This tread pattern is of a modern type, designed for truck tyres and for application on cargo vehicles and buses employed in regional transportation. The application of the tyres with the FR2 tread pattern is recommended first of all for driving axles of the vehicles. The tyres with such a tread pattern can be used on buses in the summer season, but as single type of tyre for axles as well. The all-season application is recommended only on driving axles. Basic belt configuration of the tread pattern is optimized for the conditions of regional traffic, e. g. frequent changes of speed, changes in the load conditions with the maintenance of high performance and maximum security levels.

The tread pattern characteristics
- direct circumferential grooves provide excellent leading and directional qualities of the tread pattern on wet and dry surfaces
- high number of transversal lamellas for securing the traction qualities of the tread pattern on wet and snowy surfaces
- supporting transversal grooves enable further improving of the adhesive qualities of the tread pattern. Increasing the traction qualities of unused tyres mainly in winter conditions is proving a significant effect of this technical solution.
- structured edge of the circumferential grooves creates more edges, improving the breaking and traction effects

Driving qualities
Tyres with the FR2 tread pattern applied in regional transportation with frequent breaking and change of directions are remarkable for their good directional stability and good adhesive qualities.

Application
Tyres with such tread pattern are recommended for application exclusively in regional transportation with the suggested placement on the driving axle of the vehicle in the summer season, eventually for the whole vehicle according to the specific conditions of its operation.
