Construction of the TH1 TITAN tyre and the structure of its material
The tyre is constructed from an ALL STEEL construction with a no-tube rendering that consists of one load-bearing structure built from steelcord and four contact breaker insertions from the same type of material. The tyre base has a new profile: the applied hexagonal cord, double core, with textile steelcord protection and base fillings from special mixtures.
The tyre body is constructed from a profiled inner rubber, with a new system of rubber covering of the steelcord body, and contact breakers with the application of a new shoulder part filling. The overall construction of the tyre body can guarantee the possibility of re-treading of these tyres. The tread of the tyre is from a mixture that has a high durability even after a high number of kilometers.

- the circumferential segmentation of the tread pattern with a very low amplitude swing guarantees very calm driving
- lamellas closed on both ends increase adhesive qualities mainly on wet surfaces

The design of the tread pattern secures a high performance when used on trailers and semi-trailers of cargo vehicles.
A stronger tyre base helps to secure high reliability, good absorption of bumps and roughness of the road surface, the noise of the tyres fades out with the noise of the surroundings.
Grooves which are wide enough secure the trenching of water and provide good adhesion to wet road surfaces.
