Tread design New sector profile, developed using new finite-element computer-aided techniques (FEA), to optimize the distribution of pressures in the footprint area and thus guaranteeing perfect wear regularity.
Tread width increased to assure significant improvement in mileage.
Tread design having four circumferential grooves with geometry and siping optimized to ensure even wear.
Presence of a protection rib at the base of the central grooves to prevent stone trapping and retention, thus avoiding accidental damage to the casing.

Tread compound
New dual-layer technology based on the use of two different compounds, each with the following characteristics:
External compound highly resistant to abrasion and irregular wear with excellent grip on both dry and wet surfaces and good plastic comfort.
Internal compound with mechanical and hysteretic properties that dramatically reduce the heat produced during operation, to the benefit of tyre integrity and life. Opinions
